Is anyone else having this problem?
It seems every time I start Firefox that this quality feedback loads...every time when I open or close a window. It just started doing that a day or two ago and I don't know why. Anyone else having that happen? Or perhaps I should reinstall Firefox?

Reinstall, that fixed my problem which was that it wouldn't save the window position or toolbars. Remember your bookmarks though.

You might need to go in and delete the application data, before reinstalling, if it doesn't work to just reinstall. I had to uninstall, reinstall, plus before reinstalling I had to delete the last traces of firefox (Application Data under your profile directory, then Mozilla Firefox, then something like profiles, then random number, then wipe whole profile. Those are your bookmarks and settings, so only do that if it doesn't work the other way
