I would like to know basic information about everybody participating, some things can be put in your profile, but I would also like to be able to see little tidbits that you can't put in there. Just reply to this message and leave a little something about yourself, remember that this is the internet, so keep it basic!
About me, my name is Jeremy Blake, I lived in Kansas City up till the Fall semester this year (2004) and now I live in Pleasant Grove Utah from which I attend UVSC (Utah Valley State College), I am majoring in English so that I can become a teacher, but since I am still doing the gen-ed courses, everything is changeable, I started this board to keep communication up with family and friends back home in Missouri, and perhaps even new ones that I meet here in Utah. My current interests are Apple computers (thats what I type on), Geo Metros (thats my car), and various other things that are too numerous to mention.

Let's see... who am I today? I am a friend of Jeremy's family. His mother and I are best buddies
, and I don't know what I'd do without her! Our two families lean on each other and spend as much time together as we can.
I'm a stay-at-home mom and have less time now that I'm doing that than when I was working. I love it though, and enjoy doing what I can for my husband and my kids. I have 6 kids, 5 girls and one boy. Their ages are 23, 21, 18, 16, 12, and last but not least 10. The 18 year old is the boy. The 4 youngest ones still live with my husband and I.
My oldest daughter, Acacia, is married, has a 3 month old daughter, and lives a mile from us. I watch the baby while her mother is finishing at UMKC in Kansas City, and her father works. I love being a mom, but being a grandma ROCKS!!!!!
That's enough about me, somebody else tell us about you! J-9

I'm Justin (but from here on refer to me by my screen name, unless you're Jeremy, he gets to choose 8) ) and I'm a co-worker of Jeremy's from Wal-mart. I basically came here because he needed the link for a TGS Advent Children trailer. lol. I've got time to burn anyway. It's either browse the internet for news and forum posts, or play the PS1 that's near my computer... and hooked up to the computer's sound system (5.1 speakers. Cheap Logitech Z-640 setup, but it's all I need).
Not much I'd consider of interest about myself. I'm a fan of games (ironic, because there's very little left to catch my interest), and I have been to other forums related to gaming. But I left because of the people from those forums, in most cases, probably for the same reason I returned a book once I came across the worst of all cuss words.
I'm a techie... somewhat. I got two networking certifications (one by Novell, one by Cisco), but beyond that I don't follow that news much unless it's related to games, or if I just stumble upon it. I have a habit of stumbling across stuff randomly. 8)
Lastly, I'm trying to work on a story writing project. Not much I'll mention here on that subject, but I've only just started. The genre I'm going for is fantasy. Saying anymore than that will confuse you. I think I already confused Jer a bit as it is. O_o
I'll probably poke my head in and out every so often (hey, it IS in my bookmarks), so you may or may not see me here more. I'll probably stick around, though. This place is kinda fun. Weeeee! ^_^
Edit: Wow! Monisawa, you like Enya? Awesome! All this time I thought Enya was so niche that only weirdos like me liked that music. But it seems like weirdos like me are the only ones that've played the old NES Dragon Warrior games. Still think DW4 has the most amazing plot for a [slightly] open ended RPG. :?
When asked about his opinion of the PS3's competing systems, 360 and Wii, Sony's SCE president, Ken Kutaragi, says: "We don't care."
Translation: "We're going to get 0wned this gen."
