Childhood Memory

I did this for my english class. i thought it very good.

When I was a child of five,
I went on a bike ride.
Soon my little legs grew tired,
so  I sat down on the grass,
but it wasn't only grass I sat on,
I also sat on an ant hill.

All over me did those ants squirm,
they covered me from head to toe.
Soon they were bitting me,
telling me to move and get
off their home.

So away I fled to my home,
As i went those ants did cling
to me like glue.
They would not leave me alone.
They came with me to bother me at
my home.

When I came home my mother
did  laugh to see me in such a state
but her loving hands did help me
to remove me from my pain and
suffering.

First came off my shirt,
then my pants,
and then my mother did get me wet.
My skin turned blue
from the coldness of the water,
but I rather be cold than in pain.

Afterwords my mother gave me a hug
and then she kissed my pain away.
Her warm embrace soon turned my
skin back to normal.
My mother has always been there for me,
her and her loving hands.

Well hoped you enjoyed it.

People can live for a long time on a GOOD COMPLIMENT.
Hold on; hold fast; hold out. Patience is genius.
