Ghibli breaks away from parent company! -also-Best way to sa

Ghibli is doing what disney should have done to iteself:

http://www.yomiuri.co.jp/newse/20050211wo61.htm

"The new company is expected to aim to produce quality films for the world market, while nurturing animators."

HOW TO SAVE DISNEY:

My personal oppinion is that:
1)disney should pull all their people together, stop making sequels,  break up into 4 equal divisions and then each studio would create their own movie.
2)Put Animators who are experienced with many years as heads of each group.
3)As the head Ceo, running and keeping the 4 studio's in budget, he never associates, touches or limits the creativity or subject chosen by associates, just gives the total number of dollars they can spend.
4)Span out to young animators, who are either new to the business or experiementing, to learn at the helm with the pros and give them a place to experiment and create deep Imaginatively creative masterpieces.
5)Pull in the stock and become a self supporting company, not dependent upon people who are rich, and have nothing to do with the movies.

I agree! Go Ghibli.

And honestly, yes, Disney must stop creating sequels!  And I believe their animaion quality should go up, too.

Monisawa, I really like your last comment...number 5.  That's so very true.
