Audacity - March 23rd, 2006

I have realized that since I don?t really have much to say, that I will try to help others use some of the knowledge that I have come up with. Today that is audacity, which just helped me fix an mp3 file that wouldn?t load into itunes! I just loaded into audacity and then exported it to an mp3 once again (had to download lame) and then it worked. The program of course does much more than that:

Audacity is a free, easy-to-use audio editor and recorder for Windows, Mac OS X, GNU/Linux, and other operating systems. You can use Audacity to:

Record live audio.
Convert tapes and records into digital recordings or CDs.
Edit Ogg Vorbis, MP3, and WAV sound files.
Cut, copy, splice, and mix sounds together.
Change the speed or pitch of a recording.
and much more according to the site, so go check it out!
